Together

Together is a forged and welded figurative sculpture exploring partnership and continuity. Two figures move forward hand in hand, symbolizing shared experience, trust, and the quiet strength found in companionship.
 
As part of the I-Beam Connections series, the piece transforms structural steel into an expressive human narrative, merging industrial material with emotional resonance.
 
The surface is treated with a coat of Penetrol, layered with bronze paste, and sealed with a satin enamel clear coat for lasting protection. The sculpture is mounted on an exotic hardwood base, grounding the work with warmth and contrast. The work may be displayed indoors or outdoors; when placed outdoors, natural weathering of the wooden base should be expected over time. Alternatively, the sculpture can be mounted directly through existing mounting holes into concrete or paving for permanent outdoor installation.
