In The Reeds

In The Reeds is a forged and welded sculpture with a dragonfly in the centre of an abstract swirl. Predominately forged from mild steel with dragonfly constructed from copper, brass and stainless steel. The sculpture is fnished with paint and patinas and a number of coats of satin automotive clear coat. The base of the reeds is submerged in a water effect made from epoxy resin.
 
In The Reeds can be a free standing, but also incorporates concealed mounting points from which the sculpture can be anchored into concrete of staked into dirt.
The sculpture can be delivered and installed free of charge within a reasonable distance.
