The Guardian

The Guardian is a large-scale forged and welded steel sculpture from the I-Beam Connections series. Just over six feet tall, the work embodies a guardian of Mother Earth—an otherworldly figure marked by a gilded “sun,” a globe held in its hand, and a headpiece of three feathers.
 
The sculpture is finished with heated Penetrol, bronze paste, and a clear enamel coat for durability. Suitable for indoor or outdoor display, it can be installed on its wooden base or permanently mounted into concrete or paving using existing mounting points.
