A Little Friend

'A Little Friend' is an abstract, outdoor sculpture made from forged steeland desiged to staked directly into dirt amongst landscaping. After its manufacture it is finished with a coat of Penetrol (which creates corrosion protective crust),  bronzing is applied and then satin clear coat. The hummingbird has a colurfull patina to reseamble real bird.
 
The figure is approximately 4 feet tall and is designed to be staked into the ground with the provided stake, which is to be screwed to the bottom of the sculpture.
 
This sculpture is a depiction of the friendship between humans and the birdlife around us.. And, if you are lucky, by choosing this sculpture you might also have provided a nice little resting place for a real birdie on the arm of the sculpture too!
